Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  We will accept returns on slings and pouches in their original condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. The construction of all slings and pouches is warranted for 90 days. Defective products returned within the warranty period will be exchanged with an equivalent item. When replacement items are not in stock or have been discontinued, the customer can opt to receive either store credit or a refund.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email (returns@wallababy.com). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping and handling is always non-refundable.

Shipping

Wallababy products are shipped via USPS and you will receive tracking information from USPS once your order ships.  Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If, for some reason, there is a delay, we will notify you immediately.
