| Shipping
Shipping costs will vary depending on what you are ordering, how many items you are ordering, and where your order is being shipped to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by logging in and proceeding to checkout. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping amount. Rest assured that you will be able to view the shipping information for your order well before conducting your final checkout.
If the items in your order are in stock, your order will normally be shipped within 3-5 days from order placement. In the unlikely event there is a major delay, we will let you know. Please add one extra day for any personalization.
For domestic orders, you can choose between United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS). If your chosen shipping method includes tracking (most UPS services and USPS Priority Mail and above include some form of tracking), you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. If you want your order sent to a P.O. box, please select USPS as your shipment method. USPS is the only method by which we can ship to P.O. boxes.
For orders shipping outside the United States, we offer shipment via UPS and USPS. Shipments sent via USPS Global Express (EMS) will arrive in approximately 3-5 days and also include tracking and insurance, which is why we recommend either UPS or EMS for international shipments. Shipments sent via International Airmail Small Package will be less expensive but do not include insurance and tracking. Although extremely rare (it has not happened yet!), Wallababy.com cannot be held responsible for lost packages when shipping internationally via this latter method.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept the return of unpersonalized slings that are in their original condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Personalized blankets and slings are not eligible for return. Before returning a product, you will need to contact us to obtain a return authorization number. The construction of all slings is warranted for 90 days. Defective products returned within the warranty period will be exchanged with an equivalent item. When replacement items are not in stock or have been discontinued, the customer can opt to receive either store credit or a refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Please contact us to arrange for payment by other methods.
Will you ship to my country?
We are happy to ship to most countries. We cannot accept credit card payments from certain countries, including but not limited to Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Indonesia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, and Ukraine. Orders shipped to these countries must be paid for in advance by wire transfer. We thank in you advance for your understanding.
When will my card be charged?
Credit cards are billed at the time of shipment for most orders.
What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet?
We take the security of your credit card information very seriously. All of our credit card transactions are encrypted in transit to prevent interception. That said, if you're still concerned about the security of your credit card information, we are more than happy to take your order by telephone.
